Excellent everything, great food! We've been several times, consistently great. The entrance is tucked behind another building but just a few steps, worth it! Will go back!

What a cool place! We were just driving through and caught a glimpse of it. Stopped in and now it might be a new favorite! Tried their Birria Ramen and WOW!!! You’ve got to try this place!!

When we come to the Linn area to visit with family we always make it a point to come to El Carnival. The new location is really nice and very spacious inside so my kids love the open layout with tons of room to move around. It’s perfect for large groups and they have a MASSIVE bar area with a lot of drink choices. The food is sooo good and the portions are huge. The special burritos look like hulk hogans arm (RIP). The queso is very good and it too thin, if your kids are like mine I know you’re gonna be ordering it so that part matters. The fajitas are delicious and you get enough in one serving to feed two people, don’t be cheap I just mean it’s a lot and you will have leftovers. The employees are very friendly and not flat and absent like so many chain restaurants. I love to see small towns with business’s like this that are serving amazing food at reasonable costs and give you top notch customer service. The heartbeat of a local communities is the strength of their economy and El Carnaval is delicious and ensures you don’t have to leave town to get an amazing meal. Stay local, shop local and support the local people that make your community thrive.

I went and tried them out. I absolutely love their street tacos. Five star review all the way. So glad they opened this place.

They had wonderful customer service and their portions were amaze. Food was delicious. Loved their huevos rancheros and their Trashcan Nachos were delicious and an experience in itself just to order!
